Horse Rope Mecate Reins 22 ft Brown

These mecate reins are 22 FT long and made with the 9/16" Double Braid Polyester rope (aka Yacht Rope). SLOBBER STRAPS ARE NOT INCLUDED. The rein ends are back spliced and not melted. Each end has a popper made of quality latigo leather. This rope has a nice feel to it and will hold up to most any abuse. All of our products are hand tied and spliced in the USA by Big Sky Tack & Snacks. Double Braided Polyester (DBP) rope has a Polyester core and a Polyester cover. This rope is the best quality equestrian rope on the market and is also made in the USA. Due to its strength, low stretch, excellent sunlight resistance, and excellent abrasion resistance properties, polyester is a preferred fiber for most natural horse trainers and clinicians like Parelli and Anderson. This rope is washable and strong yet has a great feel in your hand. It's not too soft and not too stiff.
