BNN - Avance / Series 7000 - Easter Decoration Egg N°3 - Pasta Disc perfectly fits the Avance / Series 7000 type machine. It allows you to enrich your record collection and provide you with super beautiful pasta loved by the whole family.

• Compatibility: Shaped disc compatible with the Philips Avance / Series 7000 pasta machine. The disc is easy to install, just like the discs that come with the machine.
• Material and design: Design and manufacture by BNN, special study to produce beautiful shapes of pasta while ensuring optimal extrusion speed.
• After use, immediately remove from the machine and remove as much paste as possible inside. Soak the disc in water for long hours to soften the dough that remains inside the forms. Then clean with a brush or a jet of water. Repeat the operation if necessary. Do not allow the dough to dry as it may break the inside of the mold when cleaning.
• Precautions for use: To be used with a well moistened and well kneaded dough, we recommend a humidity level of 40% and a kneading time of 6 minutes to 9 minutes with a rest time.
• We are not responsible for improper use or improper paste, too dry or too hard, which will break the disc or impair the operation of the machine. This is due to the high pressure of the extrusion and the fine and/or complex shape of the disc.
• Recommended recipe: 250 g durum wheat semolina fine panzan, 95 ml water, knead 3 consecutive times (important) then extrusion. Cut with sharp object so as not to crush the figures.
